Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing thoughtful and intentional support for every client. To ensure fairness and clarity, please review the following booking policies: 1. No-Refund Policy All payments made for sessions are non-refundable. Refunds may only be granted on a case-by-case basis and require prior approval from Sol Bautista. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Solo EMDR Therapy, Couples EMDR Therapy, Consulting, and Discovery Calls: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. Missed Sessions: No-shows without prior notice will also be charged the full session fee. 3. How to Cancel or Reschedule To cancel or reschedule, please use the scheduling platform provided at booking or email us directly at sol@solbautista.com. Cancellations or reschedule requests are considered received only once we have confirmed your message. 4. Emergencies & Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions to these policies may be made in the event of documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, but they remain at the sole discretion of Sol Bautista.
