  • No-Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis and require prior approval.

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling for solo or couples EMDR therapy, consulting, or discovery calls must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly.
